Best Things To Do in Niagara Falls
Horseshoe Falls

Horseshoe Falls, or Canadian Falls, is the biggest and most impressive waterfall on the Niagara River’s Canadian side. The waterfall gets its name from the horseshoe-shaped top.
A boat tour is one of the most popular ways to get close to Horseshoe Falls. The Maid of the Mist is a well-known boat tour that takes people to the bottom of the falls. As the boat approaches the falls, people are surrounded by a misty cloud of water droplets, which is very exciting.
Horseshoe Falls is a significant hydroelectric power source. Since the early 1900s, the falls have been used to generate electricity, and they are now an essential source of renewable energy for the region.
Niagara Hornblower Cruise

The Niagara Hornblower Cruise is an amazing boat trip across Niagara Falls’ foggy waters. Hornblower Niagara Cruises, a Canadian firm that offers several trip packages to suit different preferences and budgets, operates the cruise. The Journey to the Falls Boat Tour takes visitors on a 20-minute ride into the heart of the falls and is the most popular tour. The tour starts at the bottom of the Niagara Gorge. On the way to the famous Horseshoe Falls, the boats pass the American Falls and Bridal Veil Falls.
Botanical Gardens

It is a garden on 99 acres that has been a popular place for tourists since it opened in 1936. One of the most interesting places is the rose garden, which has more than 2,400 different types and colors of roses. People can walk through the garden, smell, and look at the beautiful flowers.
Butterfly Conservatory

The Butterfly Conservatory is another popular area of the Botanical Gardens. There are several free-flying butterflies, exotic plants, and flowers. More than 2,000 butterflies from 45 different species live in the conservatory. People can watch the butterflies fly around, land on plants and flowers, and sometimes even land on people.
Falls zipline

The zipline begins at the top of the Niagara Gorge, near the Grand View Marketplace of the Niagara Parks Commission. It goes across the Niagara River for 670 meters (2,200 feet). Riders are hooked up to a pulley system and then to the zipline, which sends them flying across the river at speeds of up to 70 km/h (40 mph).
As riders get closer to the middle of the zipline, they get a beautiful view of the American and Canadian Horseshoe Falls from a wide angle. Anyone of any age can ride the zipline and doesn’t need to have done it before.
Clifton Hill

Niagara Falls is only a few blocks away; this area is easy to get to by car, bus, or on foot. The Niagara SkyWheel is one of the tallest Ferris wheels in Canada.
Ripley’s Believe It or Not Odditorium, Movieland Wax Museum, Dinosaur Adventure Golf, and Great Canadian Midway are the main attractions and most popular things to do in Clifton Hill of Niagara Falls for kids.
Behind The Falls

People go down 125 feet (38 meters) into the bedrock of the Niagara Gorge on an elevator. When they reach the bottom, they will walk through a series of tunnels leading to two outdoor observation decks behind the falls.
Standing on the observation deck right behind the falls is one of the best parts of the trip. Here, people can watch the water pour over the falls’ edge and drop into the pool below. The sound and vibrations the falls make are truly amazing.
Skylon Tower

The tower opened in 1965, and since then, it has been updated and fixed several times. It has two places to look out from, one at 775 feet and one at 250 feet. On clear days, visitors can see amazing views of Niagara Falls, the surrounding countryside, and even the Toronto skyline. The Skylon Tower has two restaurants, a gift shop, and a 3D/4D movie theater.
Helicopter Tour

The Niagara Helicopter Tour is an exciting and unique way to see the natural beauty of Niagara Falls from above. The tour includes the 12-minute helicopter ride over Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. Visitors can enjoy beautiful views of American Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Horseshoe Falls during the helicopter flight.
Whitewater Walk

It is a boardwalk that looks out over the Niagara River Gorge and gives visitors a unique and close-up view of the whitewater rapids that rush through the narrow gorge. The boardwalk is about 300 feet long and opposite the American Falls on the Niagara River’s Canadian side.
Niagara Skywheel

The SkyWheel is a Ferris wheel that stands 175 feet tall and has gondolas that can hold up to eight people each. The gondolas have climate control and comfortable seats, so you can enjoy the ride regardless of the weather. The ride takes about 8 to 12 minutes and takes people high above the city to see a beautiful view of the whole area.

The park is about 300 acres and has many kinds of marine mammals, such as killer whales, dolphins, beluga whales, sea lions, and walruses. There is also a play area for kids to ride roller coasters, a Ferris wheel, and a log flume, among other rides.
Food of Niagara Falls

There are many restaurants where you can find popular local food in Niagara Falls, such as Toronto cocktail, lemon fetish, Raymond Massey, cape vessey, piacere, and peameal bacon.
Queen Victoria Park

One of the most photographed attractions in Queen Victoria Park is the Flower Clock, a large clock composed of flowers. A garden of over 16,000 carpet-bedding plants surrounds the clock, which is changed twice a year to generate fresh themes.
Queen Victoria Park has a wide range of events, such as concerts, fireworks shows, and festivals for different times of the year. The Queen Victoria Park Restaurant serves a wide range of food, including fresh seafood, Niagara wines, and Ontario cheeses.
The Great Canadian Midway
